Property
Destination ADK, located at 11278 O’Brien Road, Remsen, NY. The property consists of a 1900 square foot home, both front and back yard, driveway, private dock and gazebo. The home can sleep up to 14 guests. There are 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room and bar.

Payment
A 50% deposit must be received for dates to be reserved. Balance is owed 14 days prior to check-in date.
Cancellation policy
For reservations booked for September 1st to June 1st
Guests who cancel 30 days or more prior to check-in date will get a full refund of deposit.
Cancellation between 14 to 29 days prior to check-in date will get a refund of 50 %
Cancellation 13 or less days prior to check-in date will not be issued a refund.
For reservations booked for June 2nd to August 31st
Guests who cancel 30 days or more prior to check-in date will get a full refund of deposit.
Cancellations with less than 30days notice prior to check-in will not be issued a refund.
Check-in
Check-in is after 4:00 pm, check-out is on or before 11:00 am.
The key to home is in a lockbox on the side of the garage. I will provide you with the combination to the lockbox a few days prior to your check-in date.
When you enter the home, please conduct brief a walk through. If there is anything out of order, please contact your host immediately.
Before your leave
Ensure no garbage, bottles, cans are left on property or surrounding area.
Garbage is disposed of in the shed. There are two receptacles, one for garbage and the other for recyclables.
Make sure all liquids are emptied prior to placing them in garbage cans.
Empty refrigerator and freezer.
Do not leave dirty dishes in the kitchen sink.
Any dirty dishes load into the dishwasher and turn on before you leave.
Start a load of towels in the washer before you leave.
Strip the beds that you used, leaving all sheets and pillowcases in the basket in the master bedroom.
Please put the key in the lockbox.
Pet policy
Pets must be leashed when outdoors. Neighbors do not want pets on their property.
Pets are not allowed on furniture.
Pets can not have free rein of home when not being supervised.
A dog crate is provided. Dogs can also be tethered in the home, to restrict access when not supervised.
Cleaning up after pets is the owner’s responsibility. There will be an additional $50.00 if waste is not disposed of.
Pooper scooper is provided. Please use the scooper to dispose of the waste in the receptacle on the property.
